Since 2017, Matt has performed as a vocalist and lead guitarist in the full-time touring band Sail On: The Beach Boys Tribute. In the summer of 2024, he released the soundtrack for the game SunnySide, available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 5. Matt continues to work as the primary composer for AftabiGames UK while creating his original music from his modest home studio in Nashville, TN.
